Shipping policy
All orders (including expedited) are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Urbano Tees is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplace packages. Once a package has left our HQ and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
